2006 Redneck Chopper Engineering Buell XB Description
2006 Redneck Engineering Buell XB Chopper, 984 Engine, Custom Exhaust, Garaged, Service Records. The bike is built off of a 2003 buell lightning XB9S and uses a Redneck engineering bobber frame. The original Buell had just over 1100 miles on it before disassembly and I have put on approximately 500 miles or so since finished. The bike was finished in March of this year and has run exceptionally smooth and powerful. The fuel injection system on the stock Buell has been replaced by a S&S Super E and it has Bassani sweeper pipes on it. The stock Buell rocker covers have also been replaced with a chrome set from drag specialties and the heads were drilled and tapped to accept the older style breathers(XB motors normally breath through hole in top of rocker box) The stock belt drive has also been ditched in favor of a 530 o-ring chain with vortex rear sprocket. Vertical rear tag mount was custom fabricated by fabricator Kevin and is form fitted to the curve of the frame. Seat pan is covered in bison by custom stitching and is incredibly comfortable and rides very well with the spring mounts. I spent as much detail as possible with this entire bike including only stainless or small amounts of chrome hardware and it was not overlooked as the bike won best in class at the house of Harley show and best in show 1st place at Milwaukee Harley. Pictures do not do this bike justice, must see in person! However, I do have an entire album of the complete build if you would like to see more pictures.
